More than "Just The Beans": Cute Coffee Pop-Up Specializes in Cold Brew and Cool Views

As my loyal followers know, I am always looking for coffee near me, I am kind of addicted to it. It's about the hunt, really, to find the cutest decor and best cold brew a girl could ask for. Whether its 30 minutes and four towns over, or the most-starred option of me searching cute coffee shop the thrill of finding a new shop to fall in love with is the absolute motivator to my quest. 

When I heard about Just The Beans fully reopening post-COVID_-9 restrictions, I knew it was a must go. Practically within walking distance form my campus, I took a trip over High Point North Carolina's newest café- quite honestly not expecting much. 

And boy, was I wrong to do so.

What looks like an old residential townhome has been converted to this beautiful loft-style shop, the baristas doing their work downstairs, right by where you walk in so the smell of freshly brewed grounds can waft up the stairs and around the shop. It exists in a cross between rustic and industrial, two seemingly opposite aesthetics, in which come together to transport the average coffee goer to Portland or Seattle, a big city feel in our small town coffee shop. 

After ordering I waited patiently upstairs in the loft section of the cafe, real wood tables surrounded by these surprisingly comfortable brass chairs. Between chatting with other locals checking out the spot, I began to notice the playlist- and let me just say, whoever is on aux is doing #AMAZING !

Finally, my brunch arrives and: WOW. Presentation was immaculate, just look at that latte art! The avocado toast was garnished with burrata cheese and roasted garlic, a lovely savory companion to the pumpkin tart behind it- the special of the month this October. Everything was divine, from experience to ambience to the coffee itself- 10 out of 10 indeed.
